Thanks4Giving is a network of Realtors, lenders, attorneys, and home inspection agents that provide deep discounts, pro bono services, and more to buyers who work in service professions and nonprofit organizations.
All nonprofit employees are welcome to apply.
Teachers, firefighters, police officers, counselors, veterans, members of the military, and more. All are welcome to apply for our benefits.
You will get a commission discount.
If accepted into the Thanks4Giving program, Troyce will refund 25 percent of the realtor commission to you at the time of closing.
We cover your appraisal.
You will be given you a $500 lender credit for the cost of appraisal for the home that you intend to buy.
You get a discount on your home inspection.
