Deanna Joyce

Born in Southern Maryland, Deanna fell in love with the people and charm of Frederick. She got her start in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology at Towson University, moving on to Bloomsburg University to get her Masters in Speech Language Pathology. She spent some time at a skilled nursing facility, until her experience of buying a house introduced her to the real estate industry. Deanna found her passion in selling homes with the help of the Troyce Gatewood & Partners team, with her former agent even becoming her mentor in her real estate journey. Deanna’s background in Speech Language Pathology serves as a distinctive asset in her real estate endeavors. She excels in listening attentively to her clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing information in a clear and concise manner. 

When she isn’t working on negotiating, prospecting, or showing homes, Deanna spends most of her time with friends and family. She loves all things outdoors, whether it’s hiking through the woods or spending time at the beach. If the sun is out, so is she.
