Blake Gatewood

Blake grew up in Frederick County, moving here when he was 10 years old. He left Frederick to attend Towson University to receive his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. While he lived in Baltimore for 10 years post college, he obtained his Certificate of Public Accounting (CPA) and Loan Originator (LO) license and worked as an accountant specializing in senior housing developments. In the Spring of 2023, he joined the family business and changed careers to become a loan originator just like his father, Joe. Blake’s focus is to bring the best service to his clients and the TGP Homes' team by bringing his background in accounting and a positive attitude. His organization, consistency and attention to detail makes him a great member of the team. Blake loves to be active and spends his free time outdoors. Growing up playing sports, loves to hike, camp and is always ready for an adventure.
