Blues BBQ gained popularity due to word of mouth and more recently, through Facebook. The truck has a permanent spot at 5822 Urbana Pike, behind Snakeman's Tattoo. With his signature black truck decked out in flames, Blues BBQ is not just famous for its pit-beef, but also its pizza. And who doesn’t love pizza and beer?
2. Arepa Queen
Introduced to Frederick in the height of the pandemic, Arepa Queen absolutely NAILED the food truck game. What is an arepa? Your new obsession. An arepas is a Venezuelan corn meal pocket, grilled to a crunchy outside with a soft inside with your choice of filling. A woman-led business, they offer an array of Latin menu items and great overall customer service. They’ve also just opened their first brock and mortar right in Westview, check them out and show some love!
3. Grilled Cheese Please!!
It’s all in the name. We’re not just talking wonder bread and kraft singles over here! Grilled Cheese Please’s menu is more than impressive with their extensive menu of creative concoctions. You can also find soups and loaded tots to make a perfect pairing on your first love- grilled cheese.

Local family owned Mexican food truck and now small restaurant, Traditional Authentic has become a staple in the Frederick Foodie scene. Offering many gluten free, Celiac safe, Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian, and Vegan options, there’s something for everyone at Traditional Authentic.
5. Fifty-Fifty Food Truck
Couldn’t leave the boys out! Frederick’s hottest new food truck just opened up their very own shop in Olde Mother Brewing. Each burger starts with a 50% beef and 50% bacon smash patty topped with white American cheese. At Fifty Fifty, they only use fresh, locally sourced ingredients, rotated seasonally. From the meat to the sauce, every burger we create is authentically delicious. A MUST try.
