2. Arepa Queen
Introduced to Frederick in the height of the pandemic, Arepa Queen absolutely NAILED the food truck game. What is an arepa? Your new obsession. An arepas is a Venezuelan corn meal pocket, grilled to a crunchy outside with a soft inside with your choice of filling. A woman-led business, they offer an array of Latin menu items and great overall customer service. 5. Fifty-Fifty Food Truck
Couldn’t leave the boys out! Frederick’s hottest new food truck just opened up their very own shop in Olde Mother Brewing. Each burger starts with a 50% beef and 50% bacon smash patty topped with white American cheese. At Fifty Fifty, they only use fresh, locally sourced ingredients, rotated seasonally.
