Devon Beckner

Devon is a native of Frederick. She lives in downtown with her husband and two dogs, Pickles and Olive. She graduated from the University of Maryland in 2017 with a Communications Degree and began a career in the Print Industry. In 2020, she bought her first home with her husband. Both became interested in real estate investing after finding the Bigger Pockets podcast and “house hacked” their primary residence to provide an additional source of income. They later converted that property into a rental in 2021 and moved to Downtown Frederick with the help of TGP agent, Deanna Joyce. Deanna introduced Devon to the TGP team and both her and Dan convinced Devon to make the jump and pursue a career in real estate.

I grew up riding horses and fox-hunting. In my spare time, you’ll find me drinking sours at breweries, organizing my home, or hosting family and friends for dinner.”
