Sara Dunn

Sara was born and raised in Montgomery County. She is married with 3 beautiful daughters and a chihuahua who is the baby of the family. Sara bought her first home at age 23 in Frederick and fell in love with the area. Whether it’s an evening in Downtown Frederick or a day of hiking at one of Frederick’s many state parks, she enjoys outdoor activities with family and friends. After spending over 10 years commuting to Bethesda working in the healthcare field, she decided it was time for a career change. Troyce had recently helped sell her previous home and purchase her dream home. As a result of that experience, Sara was led to a real estate career. Today, Sara’s passion is visibly clear; helping her clients experience buying and selling with the same level of care and thoughtfulness she experienced.
